Visas
MANAGERS, ADMINISTRATORS,
DIRECTORS
REPRESENTATIVES OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Permanent Visas may be issued to individuals
who are assigned as managers, administrators or
directors of a company or institution in Brazil
OR as representatives in Brazil of financial institutions
with headquarters abroad. This kind of visa may
also be granted to the dependants of the applicant.
The visa application and the pertinent documentation
must be lodged in Brazil by the employer or interested
institution with the Brazilian Ministry of Labour
and Employment.
The requirements that must be fulfilled by managers,
administrators and directors are listed in the
Normative Resolution n° 62 of 08/12/2004 of
the National Council for Immigration.
The requirements that must be fulfilled by representatives
of financial institutions are listed in the Normative
Resolution no 63 of 6/07/2005 of the National
Council for Immigration.

If the application is approved, the Consulate-General
will be authorised to issue the visa, provided
that the applicant meets the consular requirements
(see below) and pays the appropriate consular
fees.
A – Passport
valid for at least six months
B- One recent 3 cm x 4 cm photograph,
front view
C– One visa application form

Fill in the form.
. Click "SEND" to receive your processing
number and receipt.
. Print the receipt.
. Attach your photograph
. Sign the receipt.
. Bring the duly completed and signed receipt,
the original documentation, passport and payment.
- Certificate of good behaviour
(international model) issued by the Dutch Ministry
of Justice within 90 days from delivery to the
Consulate. Issuance by Dutch authorities may take
up to 4 weeks.
The visa application form filled out
online is valid for one month only. If you apply
after that period, it will be necessary to fill
out another form.
PLEASE NOTE THAT
– On a reciprocity basis, first entry
into Brazil must be made within 90 days after
the visa has been issued for passport holders
of the following countries: Angola, Bahrain, Cambodia,
China, Gabon, Ghana, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan,
Kuwait, Laos, Lybia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Paraguay,
Philippines, Portugal, Thailand, Tunisia and Switzerland.
- Bearers of Permanent visa must register with
the Brazilian Federal Police within 30 days from
the date of arrival. For this purpose, make sure
to take the second copy of the application form
duly stamped by this Consulate-General.If the
applicant wishes to take household effects into
Brazil, the Consulate-General will provide the
necessary information.
CONSULAR FEES
A charge of € 180.00 is
applicable per visa. An additional processing
fee of € 126,00 is charged
to visa applications presented by U.S. citizens.
British subjects will be subject to a €
139,50 processing fee when the validity
of their visas is over 180 days.
ALL APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED BY AGENT OR BY MAIL
ARE SUBJECT TO A € 18.00
HANDLING FEE, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER APPLICABLE
FEE.
All fees are payable either by debit card (PIN)
or in cash. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
UPON ARRIVAL OF COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION AND AUTHORISATION
AT THE CONSULATE-GENERAL, PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM
OF FIVE WORKING DAYS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE VISA.
ADD A MINIMUM OF TWO WORKING DAYS FOR PASSPORTS
RETURNED BY MAIL. THE CONSULATE-GENERAL CANNOT
BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DELAYED MAIL.
